New work for String Quartet
Rei is selected to participate reknowned Latvian composition workshop "5th International Workshop for Composers in Mazsalaca Latvia, and is one of five invited active participants to compose for String Quartet ReDo.
 
New work for Sho solo
Sho is a Japanese free reed instrument made of 17 bamboo pipes with metal free reed. Commission by and collaboration with talented Naoyuki Manabe. Performance is planned on October 24th 2010 Tokyo Opera City Hall.
 
New work for Piano solo
Comission by and collaboration with one of the most important new music pianist in Japan, Kaori Nakajima. Performance is planned on January 10th 2011 in Tokyo Opera City Recital Hall.
